Marlene Brookside

Marlene Brookside is a housing complex located in central Ukiah near the post office. It is made up of three bedroom, one bathroom townhouses. Each unit has its own backyard and patio space as well as a front patio reception area. Parking is simple with each unit having off street spaces available. The homes are efficiently designed with a downstairs kitchen, dining room, and laundry area complete with washer and dryer hookups. Marlene Brookside is a Project Based Voucher property and is subject to income and occupancy standards. Tanya Lane and Zinfandel Drive Apartments

The Community Development Commission recently acquired 30 single bedroom apartments located in North Ukiah. Made up of two sister complexes Tanya and Zinfandel each have fifteen apartments, laundry rooms and covered off street parking. The property is undergoing renovations at each turn with newly rented units always having up to date amenities. These properties are open to rent to anyone, including those with housing assistance. Tindle Terrace

Located in Ukiah, Tindle Terrace is a beautiful and modern complex, consisting of single bedroom apartments and two bedroom townhouses. There is onsite laundry and storage with off street parking available as well. Each home has a modest back yard and a shared entry courtyard. Ukiah Single and Multi-Family Homes

The Community Development Commission has many homes scattered throughout the Ukiah Valley. These homes include single family homes, large townhouses, apartments and duplexes. Units have bedroom sizes ranging from one to four and many of the units have back and front yards and are situated in quiet neighborhoods. All of our scattered housing in Ukiah is part of the Project Based Voucher program and is subject to income and occupancy requirements. Baechtel Creek Village

Located in Willits, Beachtel Creek Village is community of duplexes for those 55 and over. The property includes a mix of one bedroom and two bedroom units, a community room and laundromat. Pathways are lined with flowers, shrubs and trees. There is enough parking in the accessible lot for everyone. Each unit features a front and rear porch area. Glass Beach

Located on the headlands in Fort Bragg, Glass Beach is made up of multifamily three bedroom townhouses with some additional accessible units. The property features central parking, a family environment, and is within a five minute walk of the Pacific Ocean and downtown Fort Bragg.
