Resident Manager-Occupancy

Summary of Responsibilities:

Provides onsite support for the daily operations of the seniors apartment complex known as Baechtel Creek Village located at 61 Alder Court in Willits. Assists in the process of qualifying eligible tenants; provides guidance to tenants on occupancy rules; shows vacant units to prospective tenants; responds to needs of tenants as appropriate; and performs related duties as required.

Temporary Office Representative

Summary of Responsibilities:

Under general supervision, performs a wide variety of routine to moderately difficult clerical support functions to multiple departments, including greeting visitors in person and by telephone, answering the phone and routing calls; data entry and records management duties; types a variety of correspondence, documents, reports and other materials requiring skilled word processing; assists with processing mail; distributing and/or processing forms, applications, etc., and assisting visitors in completion of same; photocopying documents; filing; and performs related duties as assigned. Serves as department receptionist and operates various office equipment. May enter work orders, collect rents and payments.

Temporary Housing Programs Specialist

Summary of Responsibilities:

Performs a variety of responsible clerical and technical duties in determining initial and continuing eligibility of applicants for and recipients of all Community Development Commission Rental Assistance Programs in the Housing Programs Department; participates in the applicant interview and participant counseling process; conducts briefings on programs and requirements; calculates total tenant payment amounts based on program requirements; advises clients and landlords of their rights and responsibilities and on agency policies, procedures and requirements; documents and maintains case files and on-line records; processes leases, contracts and terminations; and performs related duties as assigned.
